SAMUEL "SAMMY" GARCIA, 32, lifelong resident of Las Cruces, NM passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026. "Sammy" as he was known by family and friends was born October 15, 1993, and lived a life filled with love, kindness, and laughter. Sammy was recently engaged to Daniela Baker, girlfriend of almost 3 years and excited to start their life together. He started his own business Turquoise Tech Solution in early 2025 and was thriving. All his customers loved him for his charisma, dedication, and his intelligence. He was also part of Reel by Maximum Martial Arts University where he spent countless hours training and teaching others. He also had a passion for painting pictures.

Sammy was kindhearted, always willing to help anyone who was in need without hesitation no matter what the circumstances were. He will be deeply missed by so many.

Sammy is survived by his fiancé Daniela Baker, mother, Maria Pallares, father, Pilar Pallares, his brothers, Hector Garcia Jr., (Barbara) and Emmanuel Garcia; sisters, Lucy Mendez (Rodolfo), and Brenda Teresa Gardea; stepbrothers, Alfredo and Adrian Pallares; grandmother, Teresa Soto; nine nieces and nephews, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sammy is preceded in death by his nephews Juan Carlos Cedillos and Elijah Emmanuel Garcia.

Visitation will begin at 2 PM Tuesday, February 24, 2024, at Bacas Funeral Chapels, 300 E. Boutz Road. The Funeral Liturgy will follow immediately thereafter. At his request cremation will take place and Inurnment of cremains will be held at a later date.
