She was born November 10, 1962, in Las Cruces.  Roxs was a professional land surveyor for over 30 years and was very active in the surveying community.  Along with owning Del Sur Surveying for many years, she was a longtime member of New Mexico Professional Surveyors and was on the NMSU Board of Surveying for several years.  She was a Past President of the Las Cruces Chapter of Professional Surveyors and was a delegate to the Western Federation of Surveyors for the state of New Mexico.  Roxs was also a member of the Women Surveyors Summit, of which she was very proud to be involved in.  She loved her animals, fishing, riding her horses and motorcycle, as well as tending her roses.
