Robert (Bobby) J. Molina

Robert J. Molina, age 64, went to Heaven on May 30, 2024.

Robert was born in T or C, NM and spent his early childhood in California before moving to Las Cruces, where he built his life. He started his family and worked for 25+ years at NMSU Physical Plant. Robert loved all things outdoors and after retiring, spent his time in the mountains, hiking, fishing, camping and hunting. For all those that knew him, Robert was a giving person with an infectious smile, always willing to help those in need. He had strong faith in God and roots in the church. He will be greatly missed and cherished by all who knew him.

Robert is survived by his wife Yvonne, parents Robert M. and Edelvira Molina of Las Cruces, father-in-law Victor Castillo, sons, Robert C. (Ruby) Molina of Panama City, FL, Jason (Daryl) Molina of Austin, TX, daughter, Alyssa (Jordan) Hill of Las Cruces, step-daughter Vanessa Fierro of Las Cruces and stepson, Sonny Fierro of Phoenix. Surviving sisters include Virginia (Mike) Carrion of Albuquerque and Cindy (Nick) Archuleta of Las Cruces. Surviving brothers-in-law include Vince (Patsy) Castillo and Emilio Castillo, both of Las Cruces. Robert had 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Family and friends  will gather at 9:30 for a Celebration of Life Service in Memory of Robert at at Triumphant Life Church, 2020 N. Valley Dr., Las Cruces, NM 88007, on Friday, June 14, 2024.
