Renee Michelle Perez of Mesquite was called to her heavenly home on Thursday August 31, 2023. She passed away peacefully, with many family members at her side, praying, thankful for the 31 years she spent sharing her love, kindness, and big beautiful smile.
She was born November 26, 1991, to Primitivo Perez Jr, and Julie Cardona in Las Cruces. She worked for the US Post office prior to starting PRZ printing at the onset of her brief illness and was a member of Las Cruces First.
Michelle "Baby Girl" played club softball, golfed on a regular basis, loved her Country and Jesus Music. She was an avid movie critic and cook, traveling near and far every chance she got. But the single most important part of her life was her son Easton Ezequiel Padilla, she was his biggest supporter of anything and everything he is part of.
She is survived by parents Primitivo and Julie Perez of Mesquite, Son Easton, a sister; Melissa Castillo and her husband Gabriel "Fatso" of Las Cruces, two brothers; Manny Cardona and Junior Perez both of Mesquite, nieces; Giselle, Sebella, London and Ashlyn, nephews; Izaak, Travis, and Sebastian. Other survivors include her aunts, uncles from the Cardona and Perez families, numerous cousins, and many friends.
Michelle is now "Dancing in Heaven" with her grandparents Primitivo and Concha Perez, Gavino and Rosario Cardona, her aunt Rita Morales, Uncle Raymond Rivera, cousins Angel, Bezalel, and Grace Elena.

Serving as Casket Bearers will be Alaina Perez, Nancy Felix, Tatiana Morales, Manny Cardona, Junior and Jon-Jon Perez, Raymie Rivera and Gabriel Castillo. Honorary Bearer will be her nephew, Travis Ramos.
Services are scheduled for Friday September 15, 2023 with visitation beginning at 9 AM and Funeral Services starting at 10 AM at the Las Cruces First, 5605 Battaan Memorial West, Las Cruces. Burial will follow at the Mesquite Missionary Ridge Cemetery. Pastor's Juana Martinez , Hector Vega and Gabriela Perez will be officiating Service arrangements have been entrusted to Baca's Funeral Chapels-Las Cruces. 575-527-2222
