Becky was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend. She took pride in every aspect of her life and was well known for her playful spirit and love of practical jokes. To know Becky was truly an honor.

Her love for Prince was unmatched, and she made sure everyone she met knew it. Becky was also an exceptional gardener—her green thumb could make any plant thrive, no matter how exotic. Above all, her true calling was being a nurturing caregiver as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves behind a legacy of elegance, beauty, grace, laughter, and unwavering love.

Rebecca is survived by her sisters, Terry and Beatrice, and her brother, Pete; her three beautiful daughters, Mohogany, Jalanta, and Tayvonne, and their father, Clyde; her grandchildren, De'Andre, Aubrey, Caron, Quincy, Isebelle, James, Jeremiah, and Jenesys; and her great-grandchildren, Nahzai and Azrael.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlota and Ramon; her brother, Ramon Jr.; her sister, Olga; and her beloved spouse, Danny.

In accordance with her final wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life service will be held on January 16, 2026, at Baca's Funeral Chapels & Sunset Crematory, located at 300 E. Boutz, Las Cruces, NM 88005. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m., with the service beginning promptly at 3:00 p.m.
