RALPH VICTOR WILEY, JR., peacefully passed away on October 30, 2024. "Bunny," as he was known to family and friends, was born in Crystal City, Texas on, December. 28, 1923.

This year in December, Bunny would have celebrated his 101, Birthday.

After high school graduation, Bunny moved to El Paso, Texas enrolling in the electrical apprentice program. In 1942 he enlisted in the Unites States Navy, serving as an electrician on the USS Saratoga.

After the war, Bunny met his wife, Deanna, while he was working on the St. Lawrence Seaway in Upstate New York. They settled in Las Cruces with three daughters, where he owned his electrical contracting business. Bunny and Deanna eventually retired to their vacation home in Batuc, Mexico to fish and enjoy the good life for the last 30 years.

He is survived by his loving wife, Deanna of 68 years; daughters, Jacki, Teri and her husband, Dave, and Hokie; granddaughter, Jordan (husband Elam and son Connor); nephews, Tom Rubadeau (Roza) and Dave Rubadeau; great-nieces, Kimberly and Hayley and great-nephew, Thomas. Bunny was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Victor Sr., and Grace Wiley; 2 sisters, Ruth, and Wilma.

No formal services are planned. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers of Mesilla Valley Hospice. Donations to Mesilla Valley Hospice would be appreciated in memory of Bunny.
