Pablo Antonio Dimas, fondly known amongst family as "Pablito," was born on April 15, 1995, in Albuquerque, NM, to Ruby Dimas-Lara and Larry Estrada. Pablo was a cherished son, devoted father, and beloved brother, nephew, and grandson. He entered eternal life on August 18, 2025, in his hometown of Las Cruces, New Mexico.

His life was marked by resilience, love, and a deep family connection.

Pablo is survived by his mother, Ruby Dimas-Lara, and stepfather, Eric Lara Sr.; his father, Larry Estrada. His daughters, Amethyst Dimas and Josephina Dimas, who were the light of his life; his brother, Fernando Lara Jr.; and his sisters, Sapphire Byers (Cade) and Jazlyn Estrada. His Niece and nephew, Elena and Jameson Byers. His maternal grandmother, Marylou Dimas, paternal grandmother Sylvia Ruiz,  his aunts "nana" Genevieve Reyes (Paul), Jennifer Martinez (Juan) and children Isaiah Borunda and Joshua and Jonah Olivas, Rebecca Weinrich and her children Sadie and Raul Lujan, and Bernadette Estrada and her children Vincent Barela and Steven and Sierra Padilla, his uncles James Evaro (Heidi), Uncle George Manzanares (Kim), and Uncle Stevie Manzanares (Tessa). Great aunts Beatrice Dimas, Yolanda Dimas, Johanna Dimas, Lorenza Reyes and Esther Reyes and great uncles Mario Dimas, Martin Dimas, and Joe Reyes. His cousins, who were more like siblings to him Jonathan and Elijah Blue Manzanares, Vicente Alderete, Alleyjoyce Owens, Sophia and Skip Reyes, Gabriel, Manuel, Nicolas Castillo, and Georgieann Carrera (Isaiah). He leaves behind a very large and loving family who will carry his memory forward with grace and strength.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Josephine Medina-Dimas and Jean Armendariz; great-grandfather, Pablo Dimas;  Uncle Roberto "Bamba" Dimas; Uncle Ernesto Dimas; grandfathers, Manuel Ortiz-Reyes and Ronald Ruiz; Cousins, Steven Ray Castillo, David Dimas, Joshua Dimas; and his brother, Daniel Estrada. Their spirits now welcome him home.

Pablo will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, his unwavering love for his daughters, and the deep bonds he shared with those closest to him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church, located at 100 S. Espina Street in Las Cruces. Visitations will begin at 9:00 A.M., followed by the Recitation of the Rosary at 10:00 A.M. and the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. Following the services, cremation will take place, and inurnment will be held at a later date.

Serving as Pallbearers will include Gabriel, Manuel, and Nicolas Castillo, Vicente Alderete, Fernando Lara Jr, Cade Byers, and Joshua Olivas. Honorary pallbearers include Santiago Chavez, Jaxson Caldwell, Skip Reyes, and Chris Alonzo.
