It is with the heaviest of our hearts that we share the unexpected tragic loss of our beloved son, father, brother, grandson, nephew, Oscar H. Ramirez, 26 of Las Cruces, NM, who entered eternal life on February 3rd,2024. Oscar was born on December 15th, 1997, in Las Cruces, NM to Cecilia Mancha and Oscar O. Ramirez.

His loss was completely unexpected, and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. A beloved son, father, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. He worked as a painter for Meraz Painting. Oscar was a loving father to his four children he cherished. He was very detailed in caring for his children. Oscar was very outgoing as he was always the center of attention while making the family laugh at family gatherings and events. Oscar shared a contagious smile as he fulfilled everyone with his love and laughter. Oscar enjoyed his hobbies, as he loved playing basketball in his free time. Loved hanging out with the family for big sporting events. He was an enthusiastic fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Oscar is survived by his parents Cecilia Mancha (Marcos) of Las Cruces, Oscar Ramirez (Karina) of Phoenix: His loving girlfriend Alyssa Lorraine Spaulding of Las Cruces; His four children he cherished, Ava Rose Ramirez, Camila Breille Ramirez, Emiliano Emmanuel Ramirez, Jayden Ramirez all of Las Cruces; six siblings, Giselle Mancha (Luis Veloz), Andrea Mancha of Las Cruces, Jazmine Ramirez, Joshua Ramirez, Jovany Ramirez, Jariel Ramirez of Phoenix. His Maternal Grandparents, Arcelia Ramirez, Raul H. Ramirez of Las Cruces; His Paternal Grand Parents, Anna Medina (Martin), Oscar A. Ramirez of Las Cruces; Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Oscar is preceded in death by his uncles, Manuel A. Mancha, Jose P. Mancha, Santos J. Mancha; Aunts, Yesenia Mancha, Gavina Mancha; Cousin, Whindiar Mancha; Grandparents, Lucita Molina, Mariano Molina.

Serving as Casket bearers are, Oscar O. Ramirez, Marcos Mancha, Juan Ramirez, Joshua Ramirez, Horacio Ramirez ad Christian Pimentel.

Oscar will be greatly missed by family and friends. Visitation for Oscar will begin at 5 PM Monday February 19, 2024, at the at Baca's Funeral Chapels 300 E Boutz Rd.  with the Prayer Vigil at 6 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 10 AM at St Genevieve's Catholic Church 100 S Espina . The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardes where he will be laid to rest.
