Nancy Harvey, age 9, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, she passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2026.Nancy was a vibrant young lady who brought immense joy and light to everyone around her.As a beautiful child with autism, she saw the world in her own unique way and filled her family's lives with pure love. Following an unexpected elopement, she was taken too soon. It is important for others to educate themselves about elopement. Her sudden departure has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her.She is deeply missed and survived by her loving family, including her mother, Jessica Glover; her sister, Hazel Harvey; her grandmother,Stephanie Glover; her great aunt, Cynthia Glover; and her cousin, DavidWinn.A private service will be held by the family to honor and celebrate Nancy's precious life. To truly honor Nancy’s memory, we ask our community to embrace greater awareness and education surrounding autism. Neurodivergent individual snavigate a world not always built for their sensory and emotional needs.Today, you may see loved ones using headphones, stepping away, orexpressing grief in non-traditional ways.
