Mike J Guzman,  88, of Las Cruces, NM passed away October 21st 2023.

Mike J Guzman was born in Las Cruces to Jesus and Delfina Guzman.  He enjoyed camping, fishing and hiking with family and friends. He was a past member of the Knights of Columbus, and was briefly a CCD teacher at Holy Cross Church.  After retirement from the Postal Service, he liked gardening at home, and enjoyed finding little treasures at estate sales. He especially loved visits from his children and grandchildren.

Mike is survived by Josie Silva – sister; Maria Elena Ramirez – sister; Dolores Lobato – sister; David Guzman – son (Jennifer); Eli Guzman - son; Abel Guzman – son; Kevin Guzman – grandson (Dolores); Brooklyn Guzman – granddaughter; Caleb Guzman – great grandson.

He was preceded in death by Gloria B Guzman – wife; Jesus & Delfina Guzman – parents; Jimmy Guzman – brother; Joe Guzman – brother; Corey Guzman – grandson.

A visitation for Mike will start at 11am, November 2, 2023, at St Genevieve's Catholic Church, 100 South Espina. A Prayer Vigil will begin at 12pm with a Funeral Mass to follow. Mike will be laid to rest at Masonic Cemetery, 760 South Compress Road.
