Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 77 of Las Cruces New Mexico passed away May 27th 2025 in his home surrounded by loved ones.

Miguel was born in Lucero Durango Mexico to Lazara and Pablo Rodriguez. Miguel was well known around the Las Cruces area as he worked in plumbing and landscaping for 39 years. Miguel was a very hard worker. Miguel loved to be in nature, some hobbies included tending to his garden and raising his chickens. He liked to be around his family and friends always making everyone laugh and was the life of the party.

Miguel is survived his wife Consuelo Sosa; His five children: Liliana Rodriguez (daughter of AZ); Miguel Angel Rodriguez  Jr. (Son of NC); Mario Efrian Rodriguez (Son of Kentucky); Maria Magdelena Rodriguez (Daughter MX); Saul Rodriguez (Son MX); Stepchildren include: Daniel Sosa (Son of CA); Julian Sosa (Son of CA); Maria Mayela Sosa (Daughter of CA); 27 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; Siblings Include 4 brother and 2 sisters as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Miguel will begin at 6 PM Thursday June 12, 2025, at the at Baca's Funeral Chapels 300 E Boutz Rd.  with the Prayer Vigil at 7 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday June 13, 2025 at 10 AM at San Miguel Catholic Church . The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the La Mesa Cemetery where he will be laid to rest
