MAUDINE FRANCES AYDELOTTE, age 91, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Born June 9, 1934, in Fowler, Colorado, Maudine was the cherished daughter of Clara J. Erhart and Dwight Stephens.

A devoted homemaker and a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church, Maudine lived a life rooted in love, service, and unwavering faith. Her gentle spirit and nurturing heart touched all who knew her, and her legacy will live on through the family she so dearly loved.

She is survived by her two daughters: Sheila R. Williamson and her husband Jerry of Midland, Texas, and Dee Ann Gibbs of Las Cruces. She also leaves behind her beloved grandson, Christopher, and his wife Tiffany, as well as her precious great-granddaughter, Reveille.

Maudine was preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Glenn Aydelotte; her sister, Anna Jean Cloud; her son-in-law, Neil Gibbs; and other dear family members who welcomed her home.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, September 15, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1800 S. Locust Street in Las Cruces, with Pastor Caleb Wilson officiating. A Concluding Service and Interment will follow at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Hobbs, where Maudine will be laid to rest in the family plot.

Serving as casket bearers are Ruben Maynez, Darrell Shoup, Aaron Rohwer, Dane Coalson, Jerry Williamson, and Christopher Williamson. Honorary bearers include Robbie Valdez and Allan Seals.

Maudine's life was a testament to grace, kindness, and quiet strength. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
