Martha Sifuentes, beloved mother and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, at the age of 90.

Born in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico, on September 7, 1934, Martha was the daughter of Luz and Paulino Sifuentes. She spent her life working with strength and dignity as a laborer on a farm, embodying resilience and grace in all she did. Her unwavering dedication and quiet wisdom touched the lives of many.

Martha is survived by her loving son, Jesus Sifuentes Barron,  who carries forward her legacy of kindness and perseverance and wife, Yvonne Sifuentes Barron.  Also survived by grandchildren, Kimberly and Adam Perez, Joshua Perez and companion Jewels Weathers, Vanessa Loya, Lauren Duran, Jocelyn Rivera and Sophia Castaneda, along with all her great-grandchildren, Jacob Duran, Giovani Cash, Joshua Perez, Jr., Rhys Perez, Viviana Perez, Alivia Perez, Athina Perez, Kiara Sanchez and Kylynn Duran along with many nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her parents, Luz and Paulino Sifuentes and brothers and sisters, whose memory she held close throughout her life.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Bacas Funeral Chapel, located at 300 E Boutz Road. The Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 2:30 P.M., followed by the Funeral Liturgy at 3:00 P.M.

Martha will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her enduring strength, and the love she gave so freely. She leaves behind a life well-lived and a family forever grateful.
