MACLOVIA ANAYA DRAKE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, at the age of 90. Born September 12, 1933, in Albuquerque, NM to Ida Chavez and Anastacio Anaya. Maclovia was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, and a devout member of the Roman Catholic Church.

Maclovia was an amazing cook, known for her delicious beans and chili. Her culinary skills brought joy to her family and friends, and her recipes will be cherished for generations to come.

Maclovia is survived by her loving son, Paul Drake, daughter, Therese Fuller, and husband Rodger. She is also survived by her son, John Drake, and wife Cindy, daughter-in-law, Lee Ann as well as her daughter, Lisa Drake. Maclovia leaves behind her brother, Tony Anaya, and wife Sylvia.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Drake, children, Pauline, Anthony, and Richard. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Sarah, Lucy, Bell, Luisa, Annie, Katie, Sinfer, Gloria, and her brothers, Isidro and Anastacio.

Maclovia will be remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to her family. Her warm and caring nature touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.

Mrs. Drake will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband, Paul Drake at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N. Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM  87501 at 1:30 PM Friday, January 12, 2024.
