It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we the family of LETICIA R. PANDO, of Anthony announce her passing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at the age of 56. She was born October 4, 1966, in El Paso, TX to Raquel Reyna and Anacleto Ruacho. Leticia was a licensed accountant and was employed at different business and was also very proud of her education, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justic and Foreign Language. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.

Those left to mourn her passing include her loving husband of thirty-five years, Humberto Pando; three sons, Humberto Pando-Ruacho II, (Jackie Berry), Daniel Pando-Ruacho (Heather Corwin) and Sergio Pando-Ruacho (Melanie Camacho); her loving father, Anacleto Ruacho; two brothers, Rudy, and Raul Ruacho all of Anthony; three sisters, Connie Clark (John) of El Paso, TX; Sukie Mijarez (Jaime) of Sunland Park, NM, and Susie Ruacho (Bonnie Perea) of Anthony.  Leticia was preceded in death by her mother, Raquel; two brothers, Fernando and Victoriano Ruacho; maternal and paternal grandparents.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM Monday, October 9, 2023, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 224 Lincoln Street in Anthony with the Prayer Vigil at 10: 30 AM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately thereafter with the Reverend Martin Cordero Celebrant. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Anthony Community Cemetery where she will be laid to rest in the family plot.

Serving as casket bearers will be her three sons, Humberto II, Daniel, and Sergio Pando: her two brothers, Rudy and Raul Ruacho and her Godson, Joe Gallegos
