It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Juliette "Julie" Enriquez who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 77. She was comforted with lots of love and care by her son and two daughters.
Julie was born on August 3,1946 in Las Cruces NM to William N. Enriquez and Anita Nevarez Enriquez. She attended Holy Cross School and graduated from Las Cruces High School. She was a hardworking, loving, and devoted mother to her three children. She was a very creative and skilled jeweler for many years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her great grand daughters Alanna Archuleta and Tatum Archuleta and her great grandson Dominic Archuleta and her fur baby, Pebbles.
She is survived by her children: Victor A Enriquez (wife Marian) Tempe, AZ, Debbee A. Archuleta (husband John) Mesa, AZ, and Amy L. Barrio (husband Isaac Sr.) Surprise, AZ. Grandchildren: Keshia Archuleta, Dedrek Archuleta, Meagan Barrio, Kezia Barrio, Isaac Barrio Jr., Anayali Enriquez, and Itzelle Enriquez; sisters: Mary Pascador (husband Jerry), of Corpus Christi, TX, Rita Jill Montes (husband Lawrence) of Las Cruces, nephews Bill Pascador, Dallas, TX., John Pascador, San Antonio, TX, David Pascador, Maricopa, AZ, Michael Montes and David Montes of Las Cruces NM, and several great nieces and nephews.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents William N. Enriquez and Anita Enriquez, her sister Vivian Wolfe and one nephew Jay Wolfe.
We will never forget the love she brought to our lives; she will forever live in our hearts.
A prayer vigil will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2024, at Baca's Funeral Chapel, 300 E Boutz Road. Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M. and the recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 6:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday July 25, 2024, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 1240 S. Espina Street. Interment and Rite of Committal will conclude at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 5140 W. Picacho Avenue.
Serving as pallbearers are Dedrek Archuleta, Isaac Barrio Jr., John Pascador, David Pascador, Michael Montes, and David Montes. (Honorary Pallbearer Dominic Archuleta).
