Jesus J Alvarado (Chuy), of Anthony New Mexico, passed away on October 20, 2023. He was born in Anthony, New Mexico to Francisco and Josefina Alvarado. He worked for the City of Las Cruces as a Carpenter and Welder. In his final years of retirement, he enjoyed his time, riding his motorcycle with his wife and friends, throughout Southern New Mexico. We will miss his stories, his laughter, and all the nicknames he had for everyone. He leaves behind his daughter Cynthia, and granddaughter Alicia. His sons Albert and Gilbert and his wife Jennifer. His sister Alice Clift and husband Henry. Their two daughters Veronica and Kristina and her husband Nester, and their son Josef. His brother Frank Alvarado his wife Martha, and their children Rita, Alfredo, and Ricardo and their children. His brother-in-law Manuel Valenzuela his children, Blondie, Marcela, and Eddy, and their children. His sister-in-law Chita Valenzuela her daughters Sandra, Cecilia, Rachel, and Rebecca, and their children. He was preceded in death by his parents Francisco and Josefina Alvarado, and his wife Maria Alvarado, sister in law Marlena Valenzuela and brother n law Lorenzo Valenzuela, and In-laws Eduvijes and Lorenzo Valenzuela Sr. His services will be on October 26, 2023, at St Genevieve's Church. Viewing at 9 am. Mass at 10 am. Burial at St Joseph Cemetery.
