Inez Bejarano, a devoted mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026. She was born on April 20, 1940, in Lordsburg, New Mexico, to Mercedes and Manuel Valdiviezo.

Inez was a hard worker her whole life.  Her life was defined by love, faith, and strength. A beautiful woman inside and out, she dedicated herself to her family and found her greatest joy in caring for her grandchildren. Her Catholic faith guided her throughout her life, and she carried it with grace in all she did.

She is survived by her sons Manuel Bejarano Jr, Ricky Bejarano, and Bart Bejarano; her daughters Lupita McGary and Lisa Apodaca; and many extended family members who will forever hold her memory close. She was preceded in death by her parents and her  husband, Manuel Bejarano.

A prayer vigil and funeral liturgy will be held on Friday February 20, 2026 at Baca's Funeral Chapel, 300 E. Boutz Road. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 02:00 P.M. followed by the funeral liturgy. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Inez's warmth, devotion, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
