Frank Trini Gonzales, known to everyone as Trini, was born on January 20th, 1966, in Deming, NM, to Juan and Celia Gonzales. Trini passed away on May 5, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Trini was a blue-collar worker and jack of all trades. Trini was well known in his youth for being an amazing wrestler who displayed grit and toughness on the mat, winning state championships for Deming High School. Trini was a storyteller, jokester, friend to many, and always up for a good time. He enjoyed country cruises and anything outdoors.

Trini is preceded in death by his mother, Celia Reyes Gonzales, brother, Juan Boy Gonzales, and sister, Lydia Gonzales.

Trini is survived by his sister, Sally Montano, brother-in-law, David Montano, brother, Antonio Gonzales, son, Frank Gonzales, daughter-in-law, Bertha Gonzales, son, Juan Madrid, daughter, Sabrina Madrid. Grandchildren, Anthony, Aleena, Ulysses, and Everlee. Nephews, Michael, Jacob, Brandon, Joshua, Isiah, and Marc, nieces Ashley, Yvonne, Jessica and Alyxis as well as many great nephews and nieces.The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date in Deming.
