It is with great sadness we announce the passing of 85 year old Fernando Holguin Apodaca on November 10, 2023. He was born May 30, 1938 in Ricon, NM to Delfina Holguin and Francisco Cordonez Apodaca.

Those left to mourn him include his loving wife Olivia Gonzalez Apodaca, daughter Maria Louisa Selves (Michael) and son Fernando Apodaca Jr. Granddaughters Nova and Oriana (Nic) great grandchildren Scarlett, Henry and Dash, one sister Katie Sanchez and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Delfina and Francisco.

A prayer vigil will be held on Wednesday November 22, 2023 at Baca's Funeral Chapel, 300 E. Boutz Road. Recitation of the Holy Rosary is scheduled to begin at 10:00 A.M. and the Funeral Liturgy will follow. The family would also like to extend an invitation to join them for a reception following the services at The Hidden Gem, 1300 Avenida De Mesilla Suite 210. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
