Eric Daniel Moreno, 31 of Las Cruces, NM passed away Monday, November 4, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Eric was born in Las Cruces, NM to Olga Calzada and Daniel Moreno. Eric was an inspiring artist with a desire to someday become a Tattoo Artist.  His love for art was like no other.  Eric could draw just about anything and always used bright colors.  He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and most of all he loved his family.

Eric is survived by his Mother Olga spouse (Jose A. Calzada); his Biological Father Danny Moreno partner (Patricia Dunaj), He was blessed and loved by his stepfathers Jose Betis Calzada and Armando H. Valenzuela.  Brothers Johnny Ray Moreno, Armando J. Valenzuela, Sister Rubi Tuesday Valenzuela partner (Nico Mendoza).  Nieces Aliyana Estela and Analise Sae Sae Angel, Alisson Valenzuela, his only nephew Baby Nico Mendoza. Bonus Grandmother Agueda Calzada, Aunts Maria, Graci, Connie, Lupita Moreno, Uncles Fred and Larry Martinez, Tony Moreno his favorite Cousin Richard Rubio, numerous Cousins and extended Calzada Family.  His smile, his crazy jokes the ups and downs will never be forgotten.  We all love you and will forever miss you.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Maria J. Martinez, Estela Valenzuela, uncle Valentin Chida Valenzuela, Cousin Randy Bean Rubio and Grandfather Crisinciano Chano Moreno, Uncle Horacio Moreno and Bonus Grandfather Jose Calzada.

A viewing for Eric will be held 2pm on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Baca's Funeral Chapels, 300 East Boutz Road. A Funeral Service will begin at 3pm. Cremation is to follow services.
