Emory Scott Rains, 73, born in Silver City, New Mexico passed away on Sept 28, 2024, due to a chronic lung condition. He is survived by his youngest daughter, Amy and was preceded in passing by his eldest daughter, Erika. Scott had 5 grandchildren, Donna, Jon, Emily, Eric, and Jacob and 2 great grandchildren, Sadie and James.

Scott spent many years as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Newport Beach, California and was president of his class at the College of Chiropractic in Glendale, California.

He loved his family and had many interests. Before becoming a Chiropractor he was a welder and renowned amateur boxer.

He may be gone from this world, but will forever be etched in our hearts.
