It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Davin J. Paiz. Davin was born in Ruidoso, NM to Anna Patricia Salas and Fredrick Paiz. but was raised in Las Cruces, NM.

For those that got to know Davin, over his short life here on earth, knew he had a great sense of humor. Always quick with his words and a prankster.  He loved anything to do with the water, especially fishing. He enjoyed being with his kids and took great pride in teaching them new things.

Davin is proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather and uncle, paternal grandparents and nephew. Those left to mourn his passing are his 2 children, son Sabastian "Sabbi" Paiz and daughter Jessica "Sessi" Paiz; sister Irisha Paiz Naranjo, brother Daniel Chavez; mom, A. Patricia Salas, father, Fredrick Paiz; maternal grandmother Theresa Zamora (Grandma T); as well as his 2 nephews and numerous aunts uncles and cousins.

Please join us as we celebrate his life on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Mass will be held at St. Judes Church – 128 White Cat Rd., San Patricio, NM at 10 am with burial immediately following at the Salas Cemetery.
