Daniel Bustillos, 48, of Las Cruces, NM passed away March 24, 2024, in Hatch, N.M.

Daniel Bustillos was born in CD. Juarez, Chihuahua to parents of Manuel Bustillos and Rebeca Fuentes. Daniel was a hard worker for Stahmanns Pecans and worked for  Laborers Local 16 and was an outstanding laborer Foreman. He loved traveling, sight sightseeing, hiking, finding new food places to try out, and spending his time with family, especially his kids and grandbaby. He was well known and loved by his coworkers. Daniel was always smiling, laughing, dancing, giving advice, cooking, cheering on his football team, The Detroit Lions.

Daniel is survived by Victoria Bustillos; Isabel Bustillos; Sofia Bustillos; Daniel Bustillos Jr.

He was preceded in death by Manuel Bustillos Sr.

A viewing for Daniel will be held starting at 6pm on Monday, April 1, 2024, at San Miguel Catholic Church, 19217 NM 28, San Miguel, New Mexico. A prayer vigil will start at 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10am, Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at San Miguel Catholic Church. Daniel will be laid to rest at San Miguel Cemetery.
