Corina Herrera-Flores a loving wife, mother and devoted family member, passed away on August 10, 2024 at the age of 38. She will be deeply missed by her husband Antonio "Tony" Flores, and their 5 children, Christina Rae, Clarissa Rubilena, Antonio "Tony" III, Reymundo Eduardo, and Sebastian Luis.

Born on July 29, 1986, in Las Cruces, Corina was a kind-hearted and compassionate person who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was an avid book reader and was dedicated to her children's extracurricular activities. Corina was a medical coder for Mountain View Regional Medical Center and a member of Las Cruces First Church.

Throughout her life, Corina was a constant source of love, support, and guidance. Her warm smile, infectious laugh, and generous spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by her parents, Reymundo and Stella Herrera, brother Jesus Baldonado and wife Brooklin all of Las Cruces, and sister Guadalupe Davis of Tempe, Arizona. Other survivors include her maternal grandparents, Victor and Minnie Baldonado of Las Cruces, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends, and her "brother" brother-in-law Edward Lee Flores.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Hilario and Irene Herrera, and uncles Edward and Michael Herrera.

Serving as casket bearers will be Jesus, Joe Isaiah, Jesus JR, and Luciano Angel Baldonado, Ray Baca, Benjamin Baldonado, Edward Lee Flores, and Carlos Saenz.

Sometimes we come to life's crossroads, and we view what we think is the end. But God has a much wider vision, and He knows that it's only a bend. The road will go on and get smoother…. So, rest and relax and grow stronger, let go and let God share your load, and have faith in a brighter tomorrow….. (HSR)

A visitation will be held at Las Cruces First, 5605 Bataan Memorial West on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 6PM, and the Celebration of Life is scheduled for 7PM, officiated by Pastor David Iglesias. Cremation will follow.
