Carlos Gabriel Rojas fondly known as "Los" took his place in Heaven on Friday, March 15, 2024 in Fort Worth, TX. Born to Melissa Medrano and Ruben Rojas on June 20, 1988. Carlos was a member of the Las Cruces community and loved the town he grew up in.

In June 2019, Carlos and his soulmate Brittany, left Las Cruces and their lives took them to Arlington, TX where they built a foundation for their future, got married in August 2022, and had a lovely baby girl, Paisley, in October 2023. Carlos was beyond in love with his wife and daughter and made it known daily. He was an amazing husband and an even better father.

Carlos' life was one of laughter, positivity and always looking on the bright side. He was a great person to come to when you needed words of encouragement, he was always in a great mood and always knew what to do to make you feel the same. Carlos always had a little prayer for everyone when they needed it and he meant every word.

Carlos loved camping, fishing, and hiking with his girls. To say he was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys is an understatement. Family was one of the most important things to Carlos. He loved and protected his sisters Vanessa Rojas, Alia Al-Mazem, Sheha Medrano, Karema Escalera and Clarissa Martinez. He loved all his nieces, nephews and his brothers from other mothers. Zac "Buzz" Espana, Aaron "Gordo" Castillo, Abran Alejandrez, Nate Munoz, Mark Guerrero, and Adrian "Money" Gutierrez, true friends that were with him until the end.

Carlos was preceded in death by his great grandmother Emma Arvizo and his aunt Yssella Medrano. Carlos is survived by his mother Melissa Medrano, his grandparents Leonel and Maria Elena Medrano, his sisters, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Carlos' legacy and memory will be remembered and continued through his loving wife, Brittany and his beautiful daughter,Paisley. Everyone that knew Carlos will forever have him in their heart, he's an angel who will never be forgotten.

Visitation for Carlos will be held on Wednesday, April 24th starting at 5 PM at Baca's Funeral Chapels located at 300 E. Boutz Road. Recitation of the Holy Rosary to be followed starting at 6 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 25th at 10 AM at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church located at 100 S. Espina Street, all are welcome.
