CARLOS GERARDO BLANCO, age 35, of Santa Teresa, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at his mother's home in La Mesa, surrounded by his loving family. Born May 30, 1990, in Las Cruces, Carlos was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother whose life was marked by hard work, deep faith, and unwavering love for his family. Carlos was self-employed, had a lot of faith in Christianity and loved to teach the Word of God. He attended First Love Church in Anthony, where his faith was a guiding light in his life.
Carlos is survived by his beloved wife, Danielle Esquivel Blanco; his mother, Connie, and his stepfather, Juan Diaz of La Mesa; his cherished children: sons Jaden Ochoa, Salmon Blanco, and Carlos Blanco, and daughters Roxanne Blanco, Chardonnay Blanco, and Karla Blanco. He also leaves behind his brothers, Rafael Monje and Juan Ernesto Diaz (Eliana Avalos); and his nine sisters: Mary Monje, Beatrice Ulloa (David), Jackie Blanco (Alex Rodriguez), Yesenia Romo (Marco), Connie Rodriguez, Jasmine Rodriguez (Enrique Marquez), Elizabeth Rodriguez, Natalie Rodriguez, and Cassidy Diaz (Emmy Martinez).
Carlos will also be lovingly remembered by his in-laws, Lillian and Daniel Esquivel, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who were touched by his generous spirit and kind heart.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Luz and Salmon Valdez, and his aunt, Luz Elena Frausto.
A viewing will be held at 8:30 AM on Monday, October 27, 2025, at First Love Church, 520 San Andres Drive in Anthony, NM. A eulogy will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a sermon at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Anthony Community Cemetery, 750 Acosta Road.
Serving as casket bearers will be Juan E. Diaz, Juan E. Diaz Jr., David Ulloa, David Ulloa Jr., Daniel Esquivel, Liam Esquivel, Daniel Miranda, and Marco Romo.
Carlos's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, faith, and family will never be forgotten.
