BRADLEE JACOB JACKSON left this earth on Tuesday October 14, 2025. He died peacefully at home. Bradlee leaves behind his beloved fiancé, Blanca Torres and their children, Luis Torres, Esmeralda Hope Torres Jackson and Joaquin Jacob Jackson. He also leaves behind his little sister and friend Jamacia Settles, he called her Bugz. They will miss him daily.

Bradlee came into our lives on February 22, 1989. He was a surprise to most of us. He was an energetic and happy child. He was brought home by his mother Edna Jackson.  They lived with his grandmother Martha Jackson Smith. It took all of us to raise Bradlee, he was loved by all. Edna often recruited other aunts like Patrica Ivey Brown (Tia Momma) and many others to help love and care for him. Bradlee was able to connect with his biological mother Desiree a few years ago. Edna and Bradlee welcomed her to his home with his family.

Bradlee was in the happiest time of his life. He had met many of his life goals. Some of these were to be the best father he could, a caring husband and World-Renowned Chef. Bradlee loved to cook and was perfecting his craft. He began working at NMSU and found many new friends where he was employed for over 11 years.    He decided he needed to get healthier after his mother passed away and started to exercise and lose weight. He also started working with his children to eat better and exercise, Luis was often his exercise partner. Bradlee loved coaching his children. He coached every sport they decided to enter but loved his football coaching. Bradlee had many interests in life; he loved traveling and made vacations to cities like Albuquerque where he and his family stayed in a hotel and traveled around the city learning and exploring. He made everything an adventure and invited others to join in with his family. He also loved being at home and put in a pool and a new backyard for his family to enjoy. His favorite time was getting everyone in the living room and watching movies. Bradlee loved the Cowboys, Eminem, wrestling, and movies.

He made friends everywhere he went and made each person feel seen and heard. Bradlee is joining some of his most loved people in death. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Martha Jackson Smith, his uncle Roy Patterson, and his much love mother, Edna Jackson.

Many others are left to mourn and miss Bradlee. Rogelio and Maria Torres, Elsa, Antonio and Roberto Torres. Jamacia's family, Steve and Monjah Settles and children. His Aunt Betty and cousins James Nathan Patterson, his children, Tristen Patterson, Amaris and Aniyah Patterson, Cassandra French (Carroll) and their children. His uncle James Jackson Jr. and son Maurice (Miriam) and children. Bradlee had so many friends that will miss him but one Micharl Patteson, was one of his special friends. Michael, his wife and children would go on some of Bradlee's adventures, and they helped him create new memories.

Visitation for Bradlee will begin at 3 PM Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Baca's Funeral Chapel, 300 E. Boutz Road, with the Celebration of Life at 4 PM. At his request cremation will follow and Inurnment of cremains will be held at a later date.
