Angélica H. Villalobos, 84 years old, of Anthony, NM, passed away on Friday, January 31st, 2025, in her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Angélica was born in Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. Angélica was a rare soul, beloved by her family and friends. Many of her endearing qualities circled around creating beauty and generously sharing her gifts with others. Her home was a place of warm hospitality, amazing food and was always filled with lively stories. Angélica loved gardening, a metaphor for how she lived; patient, nurturing, and always believing in the potential of beauty.

Angélica is survived by her loving children and spouses; Maria Del Carmen (Carey King); Gerardo (Ana Villalobos); Angelica (David Ulloa); Juan Oscar Villaobos (Nora Villalobos); Jesus Daniel Villalobos; and Adrian (Marys Villalobos). Her loving brother José Arcangel Hernández (Enriqueta Segura). Twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Juan Villalobos, her sister Velia Romero, her brother Antonio Acosta, and her mother Soledad Hernández.

Angelica's journey was one of courage, resilience, and above all a profound capacity for love that touched everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she graces.

Cremation has taken place and a Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 3pm, at Baca's Funeral Chapels, 300 East Boutz Road.
