Biography

LUCIANO GARCIA RAMOS, age 44, of Mesquite entered eternal life Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Memorial Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 5, 1966 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico to Jose and Martina Garcia Ramos. At the time of his death, Luciano worked in the maintenance department of the Pilot Truck Stop.
Those left to mourn his passing include his loving wife, Delia Mendoza Ramos of the family home; four sons, Jose Jesus Lopez and wife Margarita, Otoniel Lopez and Luciano Ramos, Jr., all of Mesquite and Jose Rolando Lopez and wife Zayra; and a daughter, Tana Corina Lopez and husband Patrick all of Las Cruces. Other survivors include two brothers Juan Ramos and Alfredo Ramos; four sisters, Lourdes Delgado, Adela Ramos, Alicia Lopez and Andrea Rodriguez. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a niece.
Visitation for Mr. Ramos will begin at 5 PM Sunday, June 12, 2011 in Baca’s Chapel of Prayer, 300 E. Boutz Road, where the Evening Service is scheduled for 6 PM. Family and friends will join together at 10 AM Monday, June 13, 2011 for the Funeral Service at Luz a Las Naciones, 301 North 17th Street in Las Cruces with Pastor Freddy Vasquez officiating. Concluding Service and Interment will follow in Missionary Ridge Cemetery in Mesquite where he will be laid to rest.
Serving as casket bearers will be Jose Jesus and Otoniel Lopez, Luciano Ramos, Jr., Freddy Vasquez, Guillermo Torres and Jerry Zepeda.
